1931 W. F. Dougherty & Sons, Inc Kitchen Equipment Catalog

 Purchased this summer on Ebay, here is an original catalog of kitchen equipment offered in 1931 from the 1009 Arch Street location.  Interesting to note that at the very bottom its states "Manufacturers Since 1852".
